Creative Strategist - Fitness Coaches

About the role

A Paris-based venture founded by serial entrepreneurs, with €5M in pre-seed funding, is building a health and fitness app studio. Its creator-led model relies on trusted coaches, influencers and athletes who bring the audience, while the company handles product, technology, growth and monetisation. As Creative Strategist you will work directly with coaches to build their marketing strategy, define their voice and create content that builds trust and drives app adoption, at the intersection of storytelling, performance marketing and creator strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define coaches' positioning, messaging and content strategy
• Produce organic and paid content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Optimise content for engagement, conversion and app installs using performance data
• Spot emerging trends, formats and narratives that make coaches stand out

Required profile

• 3-6+ years in social media marketing, creator marketing or content strategy
• Experience working with creators, influencers or coaches
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
• Execution mindset: you ship fast
• Fitness or wellness experience is a strong plus
