Marketing Instructor – AI Training (Remote Contract)

About the role

Join Alignerr’s AI training team as a Marketing Instructor and help shape how large language models understand marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and brand positioning. This fully remote, flexible contract lets you apply your academic expertise to real‑world AI datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated marketing questions, scenarios, and explanations used in training datasets.
• Assess the quality of reasoning around brand positioning, messaging strategy, and go‑to‑market planning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI outputs.
• Identify common misconceptions or gaps in marketing reasoning based on your teaching experience.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing 10–40 hours per week.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching marketing at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and business communications.
• Ability to critically assess written strategic reasoning and business recommendations.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable meeting project deadlines.
