Marketing Assistant – Remote (EU) with travel to Paris

About the role

RML (Rohto MediLuxe Europe) is expanding its presence in the health and beauty sector across Europe. We are looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support the Senior Marketing Manager in delivering coordinated marketing campaigns, events, and sales tools for our B2B network of clinics, medi‑spas, and aesthetic professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, B2B).
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and stakeholders, including internal teams, agencies and distributors.
• Support creation, adaptation and distribution of marketing materials for different EU markets.
• Manage website, email and social media content, and track basic performance metrics.
• Prepare and update sales tools such as presentations, brochures, product sheets and pricing files.
• Organise congresses, workshops and other events, handling logistics, booth preparation and follow‑up.
• Coordinate with KOLs, clinics and partners, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, budget monitoring and invoice coordination.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, coordination or administrative roles.
• Mandatory experience in aesthetics, beauty or healthcare.
• Advanced English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a strong advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a remote, international setting.
