Maintenance & Facilities Technician

About the role

Littelfuse is looking for a Maintenance & Facilities Technician to support engineering, production and test activities at its Dole site. The role involves troubleshooting, testing and assisting engineers on a wide range of electronic components and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform tests, inspections, set‑ups and troubleshooting using schematics, diagrams and written or oral instructions (approximately 65% of time).
• Assist engineers in design, construction, modification, manufacturing, assembly, testing and validation of components (about 15%).
• Identify root causes of failures and recommend appropriate corrective actions (about 15%).
• Follow internal procedures to ensure safety, equipment reliability and result accuracy (about 5%).
• Carry out additional technical tasks as required by the department.

Required profile

• Technical secondary education (Bac+2) such as BTS, DUT or equivalent.
• 5‑7 years of experience in maintenance, testing or technical support.
• Strong analytical abilities, good communication skills and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with oscilloscopes and signal generators.
• Experience using test programs, diagnostic equipment and manufacturing tools.
• Knowledge of CAD software.
• Competence in MS Office applications.
