M365 Architect (SharePoint/Teams)

About the role

Magellan, an international management and technology consulting group, is looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect focused on SharePoint and Teams. The role suits someone who brings deep expertise in Microsoft technologies to large enterprise accounts, supporting clients from strategy definition through project implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in their digital strategy and facilitate technical architecture workshops
• Understand functional requirements and client technical constraints, and recommend complex architectures
• Define and improve standards, architecture patterns and the service catalogue
• Oversee the implementation of technical recommendations and draft documents such as HLD and LLD
• Manage projects and teams, and work autonomously on technical scoping and pre-sales phases
• Maintain a technology watch

Required profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5)
• At least 5 years of experience on Microsoft 365 migration projects
• Strong communication skills, adaptable to teamwork and client projects, with good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Fluent in French
• A Microsoft certification or MVP title is a plus

Required skills

• Microsoft technologies, especially Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Power Platform and Teams
• Good knowledge of one or more migration tools (e.g. BitTitan, Binary Tree)
