About the role
JD.com is seeking a Logistics Quality Improvement Manager to lead regional lean improvement projects across its supply chain network. You will be responsible for driving cost reduction, efficiency gains, and quality enhancements while coordinating multiple functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of lean improvement projects, from initiation to closing evaluation.
- Set project targets, design solutions, plan resources, and track progress.
- Coordinate cross‑functional resources including warehouses, transportation, IT, finance, procurement, and external providers.
- Establish mechanisms for risk management, benefit tracking, and issue escalation.
- Prepare regular progress reports and management updates.
- Promote project review, knowledge retention, and develop reusable templates and improvement methods.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, operational or logistics improvement.
- Experience with warehouse, transportation, delivery, or third‑party logistics projects is preferred.
- Strong cross‑functional coordination, execution capability, and risk‑management awareness.
- Ability to independently drive project implementation and produce clear management reports.
