Level 2 Systems and Network Administrator

About the role

Magellan is looking for a Level 2 Systems and Network Administrator to join its international consulting team. You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across servers, workstations, and virtual environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows and Linux servers, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and LDAP services.
• Package, deploy, and monitor applications using Microsoft Intune and ensure compliance.
• Manage end‑user devices through GPO, Intune MDM, MECM, and GLPI.
• Maintain and expand virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Implement and operate storage solutions (NAS) and cloud services (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365).
• Provide Level 2/3 support, diagnose incidents, and document resolutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor‑level degree (2‑ or 3‑year) in IT or related field.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and ITIL frameworks.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and incident‑analysis skills.
• Professional level English for technical documentation (optional but a plus).
