Legal Counsel – Aviation Industry

About the role

ATR, a leading regional aircraft manufacturer, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Legal Directorate in Toulouse. The role provides operational legal support across a range of business functions, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation in a dynamic aviation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on intellectual property, corporate housekeeping, procurement, sales, services and commercial contracts.
• Draft, review and negotiate procurement contracts and support supplier negotiations.
• Draft, review and negotiate sales and services agreements.
• Assist with corporate governance matters and routine administrative legal tasks.
• Collaborate with procurement, commercial teams and other internal stakeholders to manage legal risks.

Required profile

• Law degree with experience in commercial contracting, procurement, corporate support and intellectual property.
• Proven ability to draft, review and negotiate contracts in both French and English.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supplier‑related legal documentation.
• Business‑oriented mindset with practical legal problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and French.
