Legal Advisor – Global (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

AB Tasty is seeking a Legal Advisor to join its global legal team based in Paris. This fixed‑term position will support the company’s worldwide operations by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial and corporate agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft contracts with clients, partners, and service providers across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with the Head of Legal and another Legal Advisor to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Coordinate with an external French lawyer for specialized legal matters.
• Provide legal advice on data protection, intellectual property, and regulatory issues.
• Support cross‑functional teams in the United States, Europe, and Asia‑Pacific on legal aspects of product launches and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Law degree (Master 1/2 or equivalent) with a strong academic record.
• Professional experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, global setting.

Required skills

• Expertise in French contract law and EU data‑privacy regulations (GDPR).
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, NDAs, and service contracts.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
