About the role

CO-MARTIN is looking for a Lead Tech Python / Data to shape the technical direction of its data projects in Lyon. You will combine hands‑on development with strategic decision‑making to ensure high‑quality, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

Define and enforce architectural standards for Python‑based data applications.
Lead a small team of developers, reviewing code and guiding best practices.
Collaborate with product owners to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of all deliverables.
Participate in hiring and mentoring junior engineers.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Python development and data‑focused projects.
Proven ability to make technical choices and drive quality initiatives.
Strong communication skills in French and English.
Experience working in an agile environment.
