About the role
CO-MARTIN is looking for a Lead Tech Python / Data to shape the technical direction of its data projects in Lyon. You will combine hands‑on development with strategic decision‑making to ensure high‑quality, scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and enforce architectural standards for Python‑based data applications.
- Lead a small team of developers, reviewing code and guiding best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of all deliverables.
- Participate in hiring and mentoring junior engineers.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Python development and data‑focused projects.
- Proven ability to make technical choices and drive quality initiatives.
- Strong communication skills in French and English.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
