Lead Talent Acquisition for EMEA

About the role

Pelico is building a manufacturing orchestration platform used by leading industrial companies. We are looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition professional to design and execute our EMEA recruiting strategy, shaping the talent function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the EMEA talent strategy, including processes, playbooks and operating rhythm.
• Raise talent quality and density by setting role standards, coaching hiring managers and tracking quality of hire.
• Partner with People leadership on data‑driven forecasting and market insights.
• Create and own the employer brand across job sites, career page, school partnerships and events.
• Conduct full‑cycle recruiting for tech and business roles, running outbound sourcing and building pipelines.
• Embed AI into sourcing, market research, candidate engagement and recruiting operations, and set up the ATS (Ashby).

Required profile

• 6+ years of tech recruiting experience with a proven record hiring engineering, data and product roles.
• Hands‑on full‑cycle recruiter comfortable hiring across functions and seniority levels.
• Experience in high‑growth, fast‑changing environments and a scale‑up mindset.
• Ability to influence leaders, balance speed with quality and champion a great candidate experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby) and outbound sourcing tools.
• Experience designing AI‑augmented recruiting processes.
• Strong analytical skills for funnel metrics and market research.
