Lead Junior Business Developer – Student Housing

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Junior Business Developer to join our Sales Locataires team at Studapart. In this hybrid commercial‑operational position you will support prospective student tenants throughout the rental journey, coordinate daily team activities, and help achieve performance targets across several French cities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive conversion of housing inquiries by providing personalized support and market expertise.
• Handle incoming calls and emails from prospective tenants and prepare rental application files.
• Assist the senior lead in organizing tasks, setting priorities, and distributing workload within the region.
• Prepare weekly meetings, produce daily reports, and monitor key KPIs such as applications, occupied units, and cancellations.
• Participate in pre‑season manager meetings and propose solutions to operational issues.
• Support onboarding and training of new (including seasonal) team members, offering hands‑on coaching and best‑practice guidance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other client‑facing roles.
• Fluent in English and comfortable communicating with international students.
• Eager to learn, contribute to process improvements, and support high‑season onboarding.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.
