About the role

We are looking for a Sector Manager to join our team in the Île‑de‑France region. You will take charge of an already established portfolio of large‑format retail chains and be responsible for its growth.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail accounts.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Implement intelligent loyalty initiatives to increase customer retention.
Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and promotional support.

Required profile

Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the retail sector.
Strong understanding of the French large‑distribution market.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
