Law Internship (Master 2 Law Student)

About the role

Pierre Fabre Laboratories, a global leader combining pharmaceutical expertise with dermo-cosmetics, is looking for a Master 2 law student to join its Legal Affairs department. The intern advises the group on legal matters within their area of responsibility, from drafting and negotiating agreements to certifying the legal feasibility of operations.

Key responsibilities

• Counsel and assist contacts in the sector on common legal questions
• Analyse proposals and objectives and propose the most appropriate legal solutions
• Write, negotiate and monitor agreements within the scope of activity, and serve on committees related to the Group's activities
• Certify the legal feasibility of operations, including compliance with laws and regulations and with Group strategy
• Contribute to the management of out-of-court and legal disputes
• Help set key performance indicators and promote legal literacy among employees
• Take part in cross-functional work and legal monitoring to protect the Group's interests

Required profile

• Master 2 student in business law or international law
• Independent, rigorous, dynamic and organised
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive and able to work in a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent English, spoken and written
