Internship – International Regulatory Affairs & Data (H/F)

About the role

Pierre Fabre Laboratories, a global pharma and dermo-cosmetics group, is looking for a student intern for its regulatory affairs team in the Dermo-Cosmetic business unit. The intern joins a team of 15 colleagues in the Regulatory Affairs DCPC department and helps transform digital tools for cosmetic and supplement regulations. The internship takes place at the Langlade site in Toulouse and starts in January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Help implement the RegulatoryOne tool
• Maintain regulatory databases: update, structure and validate data
• Analyse data and build dashboards (RegulatoryOne, Power BI, Excel) to track regulatory indicators
• Contribute to data governance within the regulatory affairs teams, setting up a data management process based on RegulatoryOne
• Take part in release management projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Regulatory Affairs and/or Data
• Strong interest in regulation and data
• Rigorous, organised, analytical and synthesising mindset
• Autonomy, curiosity and good interpersonal skills to work across teams

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI
