Key Lead - Retail Store, Hollister Rennes Alma

About the role

The Key Lead at the Hollister store in Rennes Alma is part of the store leadership team and ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the role guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly and daily sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• No supervisory or management experience required
• Fluency in English and French (CEFR B2)
• Availability of at least 20-25 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays, with longer hours during peak times

The full-time starting rate is 24,950.28 EUR annually (35 hours per week); offers may be subject to work visa formalities.
