Assistant Manager - Hollister Rennes Alma

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Hollister store in Rennes Alma. The role combines business strategy, operations, creativity and people management: driving sales through analysis and customer service, overseeing daily store operations, and developing the team. It is built on a promote-from-within philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Supervise the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring good customer service and smooth operations
• Handle staffing, scheduling, payroll and train and develop non-management staff
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays and protect store assets
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions and run inventory control
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems and fulfil omni-channel orders
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and French, required
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and a strong customer focus
• Strong communication, coaching and teamwork skills, and the ability to balance several tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
