About the role

We are looking for a Social Law Lawyer (F/H) to join the Legal Department in Montpellier. Reporting to the Head of Legal and working closely with a partner, you will advise and support clients on all matters related to social law and transport law.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel on employment and social security issues.
  • Assist clients with transport‑related regulatory matters.
  • Manage individual employee relations and disputes.
  • Draft and review contracts, policies and procedural documents.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with legislative changes in labour and transport sectors.

Required profile

  • Law degree with specialization in social or labour law.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team.
  • Fluency in French; English proficiency is a plus.
