Junior Research Executive (France)

About the role

Appinio is looking for a Junior Research Executive to join its French research team. You will support the end‑to‑end execution of market research projects, turning client requirements into high‑quality surveys and reliable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate research projects, including questionnaire programming, testing and fieldwork monitoring.
• Set up surveys on the Appinio platform, ensuring accuracy and data quality.
• Adapt and test questionnaires for various study types such as usage & attitude, tracking, concept, creative, MaxDiff and conjoint.
• Monitor survey performance, identify issues early and resolve them during fieldwork.
• Collaborate with Research Consultants, Account Management and Product teams to ensure smooth handovers and integrate AI capabilities.

Required profile

• Degree in psychology, business administration, market research, statistics or a related data‑focused field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in market research operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
