Junior Data Analyst – Entry Level

About the role

This position supports business and operational decision‑making by gathering, cleaning, analysing and interpreting data from multiple sources. You will turn raw data into clear insights and recommendations that help drive performance, customer understanding and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organise and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations that highlight key performance indicators and trends.
• Analyse large data sets to identify patterns, opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations to communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on forecasting, performance measurement and process optimisation.
• Assist in preserving data integrity and supporting data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Good organisational and time‑management capabilities, able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with SQL, database concepts, statistical methodologies and data‑management practices is advantageous.
