Junior Account Manager France

About the role

Youtrust, a European digital trust platform founded in 2013, is hiring a Junior Account Manager for its Paris team. You will take over around 300 SMB customers who previously had no dedicated account manager and turn their untapped potential into recurring expansion revenue, while securing renewals and building long-term relationships. This is the first step into a full Account Manager role, with close coaching from your manager and the team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of around 300 SMB customers, secure their renewals and stay in regular contact with each of them.
• Prospect inside the portfolio to reach customers who have not been contacted in a while and create new opportunities.
• Spot customer needs, pitch the right plan or product and close upsell deals.
• Prioritize accounts, keep the CRM up to date and move every deal forward with a clear next step.
• Use feedback and coaching to improve weekly, share what works with the team and use AI tools to cover more accounts.

Required profile

• First experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive in SaaS, with a sales target you carried yourself; SDR or BDR experience alone is not enough.
• Has already closed deals, handles objections and explains the value of an offer.
• Able to manage a large number of accounts and choose where to spend time.
• Uses AI tools in daily work and likes fast-moving environments.
• Native French and a good level of English (B1 to B2).

What we offer

• Salary of 37k to 44k EUR base plus 22k to 26k EUR variable (OTE 59k to 70k EUR).
