IT Systems Integration Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Integration Engineer to join our global team in Saclay. You will work in a hybrid environment, supporting critical IT infrastructure, system integration, and operational technology across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute system integration activities across enterprise environments.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows‑based IT systems and applications.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, architecture, and application teams to design and implement solutions.
• Participate in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root‑cause analysis.
• Ensure software compatibility with existing production environments.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Work with suppliers, software vendors, and integrators, providing remote and on‑site user support.

Required profile

• DUT/BTS in IT with 5–8 years of experience, OR engineering degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience, OR 10+ years of equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and professional English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server environments.
• Active Directory administration.
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, networks, printers, workstations).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Basic networking knowledge and strong troubleshooting abilities.
