IT Support Technician

About the role

Vestiaire Collective’s Corporate IT team is looking for an IT Support Technician to join its hub in Tourcoing. You will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to employees across the company, ensuring a reliable, secure and sustainable IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process user requests, incidents and changes through the global ticketing system.
• Install, configure and maintain hardware, software, printers, scanners and network devices.
• Provide timely technical support to multiple departments and international locations.
• Onboard new employees, set up devices and ensure access to required tools.
• Monitor critical IT systems to guarantee high availability.
• Manage inventory of laptops, peripherals and related assets.
• Maintain and contribute to the internal knowledge base (Wiki).
• Participate in IT projects such as office moves, warehouse setups and new digital tool roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage tasks with rigor.

Required skills

• Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Basic routing and switching, VLAN configuration.
• SSL and IPSEC VPN knowledge.
• Experience with ticketing tools.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) – Microsoft Intune; familiarity with Iru for Mac is a plus.
