IT Support Engineer Apprentice

About the role

Join Contentsquare’s IT team as an IT Support Engineer Apprentice, providing first‑line technical assistance to employees worldwide while gaining hands‑on experience in hardware, software and AV support. This onsite role in Paris offers a blend of learning, troubleshooting and collaboration with senior IT staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to employees globally via the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and repair fundamental hardware problems and install, configure, and update software on workstations.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding, setting up new employee workstations, accounts and peripherals.
• Maintain the IT inventory for the France scope, tracking hardware, software licences and peripherals.
• Support local office events and All‑Hands meetings with audio‑visual equipment, including microphones, video feeds and streaming connections.
• Collaborate with senior IT team members to escalate complex incidents and contribute to larger IT projects.
• Document procedures, solutions and best practices in the internal knowledge base.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and backups.

Required profile

• Enrolled in the first year of a Bac+1 or Bac+2 program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networks or a related field.
• Looking for a 1‑ or 2‑year apprenticeship contract.
• Based onsite in Paris, able to work in the office environment.
