IT Site Support Specialist – 2nd Line Support

About the role

We are seeking an IT Site Support Specialist to provide 2nd line on‑site assistance in an international manufacturing environment. You will be the local IT reference, handling incidents, supporting end users, and coordinating with central IT teams while following global processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd line on‑site IT support for local users.
• Manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows clients and the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Coordinate activities with central IT and infrastructure teams.
• Assist with LAN/WAN network‑related tasks.
• Maintain printers, production devices, and manufacturing systems (MES).
• Act as a local IT advisor for business users.
• Prioritize daily operational support and follow standard IT engagement processes.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of Windows OS and client management.
• Basic networking understanding, including connectivity and VLAN concepts.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 users.
• Hands‑on hardware support and troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work in an international, multi‑site environment.
• Service‑oriented attitude and flexibility.
