IT Service Desk Partner (Nantes)

About the role

Doctolib is looking for an IT Service Desk Partner to join its Nantes office. You will be the first point of contact for users across four European countries, handling IT requests and incidents while ensuring a smooth and efficient support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, qualify and process IT tickets from users in France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands.
• Provide Level‑1 support: application access, basic technical diagnosis and hardware troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex incidents to local Level‑2 IT teams.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest automation or process improvements.
• Manage the IT Corner in the Nantes office, including meeting‑room equipment testing, updates and replacements.
• Occasionally lift equipment up to 20 kg and support events outside regular hours.

Required profile

• Service‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask relevant questions.
• Rigorous, autonomous yet comfortable working in a team.
• Adaptable to change and able to prioritize daily tasks.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Experience with a helpdesk ticketing platform.
• Basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Level‑1 IT support knowledge.
