IT Security SecOps Lead

About the role

LCH SA, part of the London Stock Exchange Group, is looking for an experienced IT Security SecOps Lead to join its IT Security team in Paris. The role helps protect the IT infrastructure and business applications of a critical financial market infrastructure and clearing house by overseeing protection and detection capabilities, coordinating cyber incident response, supporting vulnerability remediation and ensuring security operations are delivered across internal teams and outsourced service providers. It reports to the Head of IT Security.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cyber security monitoring across internal detection capabilities and outsourced security services.
• Coordinate cyber security incident response and recovery with technology teams, the Security Operations Centre and service providers.
• Manage security operations service delivery, including SLAs, KPIs and operational dashboards.
• Oversee outsourced cyber security services, ensuring clear governance, timely escalation and appropriate challenge of providers.
• Support IT Security Officers with security control execution, evidence gathering and control assessments.
• Support ITIL-based processes such as change, incident and problem management, and operational risk reduction.
• Lead or contribute to security projects and prepare regular management reporting on SecOps activities, service performance, cyber risks and remediation progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Security Engineer, Security Operations specialist or similar, preferably in a regulated, complex and highly available environment.
• Cyber security certifications such as CISSP or GIAC are an advantage.
• Fluent English is mandatory due to regular interaction with international teams.

• Vulnerability management, SIEM / SOC, EDR / AV, IAM / PAM, network security, cloud (SNC, AWS, Azure), secrets management, encryption.
• Knowledge of operating systems, databases, middleware and application security.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, teamwork and analytical thinking.
