IT Desktop Support – Paris

About the role

We are looking for an IT Desktop Support professional to deliver high‑quality, hospitality‑focused technology assistance to colleagues, visitors, and clients in our Paris office. As the first point of contact for all IT needs, you will create a welcoming, supportive environment while ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software assets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class IT support to all Houlihan Lokey staff in Paris, both in‑person and remotely.
• Act as the “face of IT,” offering approachable, proactive, and service‑oriented assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across workstations, laptops, printers, AV equipment, and mobile devices.
• Configure and maintain Windows OS workstations, peripherals, and networked multi‑function copiers.
• Support audio‑visual equipment for meetings and client presentations.
• Manage local hardware inventory and assist with user moves and equipment relocations.
• Assist remote users with connectivity issues via AVD or Netskope VPN.
• Perform basic Windows Active Directory administration, including password resets, group management, and account lockouts.

Required profile

• Strong technical aptitude combined with a hospitality mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain solutions clearly and patiently.
• Proactive, service‑oriented attitude and ability to adapt to varying user comfort levels.

Required skills

• Windows operating system administration.
• Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Exchange (O365), and MS Teams.
• VPN technologies (Netskope) and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Adobe product suite.
• Active Directory user and group management.
• Hardware setup and support for monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, printers, and networked copiers.
• Support for iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices.
• Audio‑visual equipment operation and troubleshooting.
