IS Project Manager (H/F)

About the role

Jifmar, a worldwide maritime operator that chartered workboats and supports clients' maritime projects since 2005, is looking for an IS Project Manager. The role coordinates the implementation of business information systems so that they are effectively interconnected for fluid, centralised data management, and ensures that the solutions fit business processes and the overall IS strategy. The position is based at Jifmar's headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, with travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse technical requirements and coordinate with stakeholders
• Steer implementation projects for finance, ERP and HR systems
• Configure and deploy finance, ERP and FU systems
• Design and deploy system interfaces (ETL, API, etc.)
• Manage development, testing and deployment phases
• Monitor interconnection performance and ongoing optimisation
• Write technical documentation and train teams
• Validate technical deliverables with business units and integrate third-party solutions
• Manage project risks, priorities and interdependencies, and run test plans to ensure data quality

Required profile

• Postgraduate diploma in IT
• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• English at C1 level
• Technical leadership and proactive team management; thoroughness and problem-solving skills

Salary: 50-55k€, start date as soon as possible.
