International Mobility Senior Specialist

About the role

EY is looking for an International Mobility Senior Specialist in Paris La Défense. The specialist supports the delivery of international assignments by coordinating key activities across the assignment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies, supporting the assignee experience and contributing to efficient operations. It is an entry-level position designed to build expertise in Mobility and EY CBS operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support in-bound and out-bound assignments, covering pre-assignment, on-assignment, repatriation and post-assignment activities
• Apply Mobility policies to determine assignment types and relocation packages, with guidance from senior team members
• Coordinate with home and host Mobility teams and prepare, amend and finalize cost estimates
• Prepare Global Assignments Letters, local contracts and country-specific addendums
• Maintain assignment data in GMT, keeping it timely and accurate
• Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues to senior team members
• Keep assignees informed about key steps and requirements, and share observations in team meetings to improve processes

Required profile

• Good experience in Mobility, HR operations or a related field
• Fluency in both French and English, as the role serves stakeholders across France and other French-speaking countries
• Willingness to learn through training and on-the-job experience, and to work flexibly, including alternative hours
• Degree level education preferred but not required; work towards a higher professional qualification is highly regarded

• Basic understanding of international mobility processes and policies
• Familiarity with HR concepts such as onboarding, performance management and employee relations
• Awareness of tax and immigration considerations for international assignments
• Good communication skills and ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders across regions
• Attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
