Intermodal Execution & Customer Agent – Le Havre

About the role

Join Maersk’s dynamic team in Le Havre as an Intermodal Execution and Customer Agent. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end inland service experience while complying with company procedures and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the complete inland service process in line with company SOPs.
• Support customers with inland‑related issues, coordinating internal and external resources for timely resolution.
• Provide business solutions that add value and prevent recurring errors.
• Prepare and submit required documentation accurately and on schedule.
• Participate in cross‑selling, upselling, and customer retention initiatives.
• Maintain proactive communication through regular calls with customers and vendors.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial and Customer Service teams to strengthen relationships.
• Generate reports and perform additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply‑chain operations.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence when coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on error prevention and continuous improvement.
