Insurance Offer & Operations Coordinator

About the role

As the Insurance Offer & Operations Coordinator at Free2move, you will bridge the global insurance strategy with local execution, supporting the growth of insurance products across our mobility services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor claims lifecycle and act as liaison between local operations and insurance partners.
• Support daily management of motor insurance lines, billing accuracy, and fleet updates.
• Ensure operational processes comply with regional guidelines and streamline workflows.
• Assist in rolling out insurance products, providing promotional tools and product knowledge to local teams.
• Track performance indicators such as take‑up rates and margins, and prepare analytical reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, or Insurance.
• 2–3 years of experience in insurance, car rental, or mobility sector.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to meet operational deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
