Installation Engineer – Coral North Project (Paris)

About the role

The Installation Engineer will support the Coral North offshore project from the Paris office, ensuring technical integrity, safety compliance and successful execution of offshore installation activities. The role bridges engineering design and field execution, providing review, validation and optimisation of installation methodologies and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Review and comment offshore installation documentation to ensure compliance with HSE rules, international standards and project specifications.
• Validate installation method statements, procedures and schedules, aligning them with project objectives.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Support contractors by reviewing their engineering submissions and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Coordinate preparation of installation methodologies and optimise installation schedules with respect to vessels and methods.
• Participate in engineering and interface meetings with contractors and other parties.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore deep‑water installation projects within the oil & gas sector.
• Completed offshore survival training (BOSIET) and familiarity with international standards and codes.
