Infrastructure Project Manager – Site Transformation

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the site transformation at its Marignane plant. The role will oversee the design, deployment and evolution of major IT infrastructure, ensuring the new environment is secure, performant and cost‑effective.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and action registers for all infrastructure workstreams.
• Identify, analyse and mitigate risks and issues, escalating critical items as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal project methodology and lead official project milestones.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including internal IT, external vendors, business units and technical experts.
• Track project budgets, expenditures and resource utilisation.
• Implement network solutions, deploy digital‑workplace equipment and integrate new services into the hosting infrastructure.
• Report progress to the Enterprise Infrastructure and IT Projects entity.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to navigate technical landscapes and align delivery with strategic transformation goals.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across internal and external parties.
