Industrial Site Manager – Installation & Machinery Relocation

About the role

Beck & Pollitzer is seeking an experienced Industrial Site Manager to lead installation and machinery relocation projects across Europe. You will supervise day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise industrial installation, machinery relocation, and commissioning activities on customer sites.
• Organise daily site operations, ensuring progress aligns with the project schedule.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and subcontractor teams, guaranteeing availability of resources, equipment and materials.
• Monitor project progress, resolve site issues proactively, and support change orders and cost‑control activities.
• Act as the main site contact for customers and subcontractors, attend meetings and prepare minutes.
• Promote a strong safety culture, conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Manage quality standards, punch lists, non‑conformities, corrective actions and project close‑out.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial site management or similar role.
• Hands‑on leadership with excellent organisational abilities.
• Strong technical understanding of installation and relocation processes.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Commitment to health, safety and quality standards.
