Responsable de Production – Usine Vivier

About the role

You will lead production operations at the Vivier plant, driving performance across safety, quality, productivity, volume, cost, sustainability and team morale. The role focuses on implementing the Factory of Future Line concept and Lean Six Sigma transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage transformational change during the rollout of Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) and the Factory of Future Line (FoF) model.
• Coach line managers and teams on autonomous maintenance (AM), preventive maintenance (PM) and the integrated 6‑star model.
• Support annual operational plans to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and engagement targets.
• Establish robust governance to monitor performance, drive continuous improvement and embed a zero‑loss mindset.
• Ensure compliance with corporate quality, food safety, GMP, health, safety, environmental and sustainability standards.
• Develop talent, attract and retain strategic skills, and strengthen technical and behavioral capabilities across the production workforce.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong change‑management and coaching abilities.
• Ability to align teams with strategic objectives and performance indicators.
• Excellent communication skills to convey values, principles and priorities.
