Human Resources Business Partner – HR Site Marignane

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the HR Site Marignane team. You will work closely with managers to align HR initiatives with business objectives in a high‑tech, inclusive manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate organizational needs into strategic HR solutions.
• Deploy and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance with French labor law and internal standards.
• Lead performance‑optimization projects, including change‑management and lean initiatives.
• Support talent acquisition, workforce planning, training, and compensation & benefits implementation.
• Facilitate employee development, manage complex HR cases, and oversee disciplinary actions when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of French labor regulations and core HR processes.
• Advanced English and professional French proficiency.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and comfortable with data‑driven decision making.
