职位概况
负责飞机事业部全方位人力资源管理，依据欧洲先进制造业模式，构建精益、合规、职业化的人才体系，支撑业务高质量发展。
主要职责
- 制定并执行人力资源战略与年度规划，实现人力与产能协同。
- 推动组织扁平化、流程精益化，控制编制与人效成本。
- 搭建专业化人才甄选体系，精准引进研发、生产、质量等核心技术人才。
- 建立培训、人才梯队及双通道晋升机制，提升人才培养与留存。
- 设计以质量、效率、创新为核心的绩效考核与薪酬激励体系。
- 落实用工合规及员工关系管理，降低劳资风险。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，统招学历。
- 10年以上人力资源管理经验，具备航空或高端制造业背景优先。
- 熟悉欧洲制造业人力资源管理理念，具备组织诊断与优化能力。
- 具备战略规划、招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬、合规等全模块实操经验。
必备技能
- 人力资源信息系统（HRIS）使用经验。
- 数据分析与人效评估能力。
