HR Operations Generalist

About the role

Genoskin is seeking an HR Operations Generalist to join its People team. The role will support the full employee lifecycle across multiple locations, ensuring a smooth and compliant HR experience while contributing to the company’s rapid international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments and related HR documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with an external payroll provider.
• Oversee employee absences and maintain accurate HR records.
• Serve as a key user of the Lucca HRIS, ensuring data quality, generating reports and supporting system improvements.
• Lead onboarding activities to guarantee a positive start for new hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment, schedule interviews and contribute to hiring decisions.
• Maintain and update job descriptions.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives with OPCO and external providers.
• Assist with HR benchmarking, reporting and annual HR processes.
• Help develop and document HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Provide HR support to international entities, including the United States, and help build scalable global HR practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist or a similar role.
• Practical knowledge of French employment law and HR administration.
• Experience coordinating payroll with an external provider.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms; Lucca experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with interest in digital HR tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
