HR Intern - Europe Procurement (F/M)

About the role

Air Liquide is recruiting an HR intern for its Europe Procurement team at its historic headquarters in Paris (Quai d'Orsay). The internship lasts 6 months, starts early 2027 and is based in Paris. The role supports the HR function of Europe Procurement, which is transforming its processes and collaborating more closely with operations and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support, including maintaining employee records and organisation charts, and help prepare HR presentations and reports.
• Support the coordination of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and manage key data in the HR system.
• Work with Europe Procurement HR and other European HR teams to coordinate and resolve regional employee issues.
• Help organise and plan internal training programmes.
• Take part in HR projects such as Organisational Development, Talent Management and Group activities.
• Act as a support point for internal customers, liaising with HR Centres of Expertise such as Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards.

Required profile

• Bac+5 degree in HR, Business Administration or similar; engineering, university or business school students are also welcome.
• Fluent English; French is optional.
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills.
• Responsibility and willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Some HR internship experience is preferable.
