HR Business Partner – EMEA

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic International HR Business Partner to drive HR operational excellence across our EMEA subsidiaries, including Spain, Italy, Denmark, Morocco, Turkey, Russia, and the Export Area. Reporting to the Worldwide Vilmorin‑Mikado HR Director, you will work closely with local HR teams and General Managers to ensure consistent, fair, and transparent HR practices.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, execution, and monitoring of the global HR strategy for the EMEA region.
• Ensure correct implementation of HR policies and practices across all subsidiaries.
• Guide, mentor, and support local HR teams and serve as the bridge between HQ and subsidiaries.
• Coach managers through key HR processes and be the EMEA HR referent and ambassador.
• Own all HR reporting for the assigned perimeter.
• Partner with business teams to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Provide operational and strategic support for international mobility cases.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR or equivalent.
• 5‑10 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
• Proven ability to combine strategic HR vision with operational expertise.
• Strong influence and stakeholder‑management skills without direct authority.
• Comfortable working in diverse, international environments.
• Fluency in English; French or other languages (Arabic, Russian, etc.) are a plus.
