Host Service & Reception – New Opening

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and dynamic Host Service & Reception professional to join our brand‑new hotel in Marseille. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless stay from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with the self‑check‑in process and handle front‑desk duties.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks and light snacks with efficiency and style.
• Manage the breakfast buffet and demonstrate barista skills.
• Receive, inspect and store goods, maintaining proper mise‑en‑place.
• Provide local insider tips and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Some experience in the hotel or hospitality sector (preferred but not mandatory).
• Flexible and able to work rotating shifts.
• Reliable, multitasking, and eager to learn.
• Empathetic, humorous and a team player.
• Fluent in French and English.
