Host / Hostess – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Belmond is seeking a professional Host or Hostess to deliver exceptional front‑of‑house service in its luxury hospitality environment. You will be the first point of contact for discerning guests, ensuring every interaction is warm, seamless and reflective of the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and polished demeanor.
• Manage reservations and coordinate seating to optimise flow.
• Assist with various front‑of‑house tasks, including guest inquiries and service coordination.
• Uphold Belmond’s brand standards to create memorable experiences.
• Maintain a tidy and organized host station.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
