Hospitality Intern (Hospitality Officer)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Hospitality Intern to join the private Maison Krug in Reims. You will be immersed in the world of luxury Champagne and gain hands‑on experience in high‑end hospitality, supporting exclusive tastings, gastronomic events and cellar visits for invited guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Hospitality Manager in coordinating and executing hospitality projects, including lunches, dinners, tastings and private cellar tours.
• Support marketing, commercial and other departments by gathering and relaying information.
• Help organise immersive experiences that combine music, gastronomy and prestige Champagne.
• Provide tailored, discreet service to guests, ensuring attention to detail at every touch point.
• Collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of the hospitality offering.
