About the role
SYSNAV Healthcare is looking for a motivated Business Developer to drive growth in the healthcare market. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and positioning SYSNAV’s motion‑capture solutions as the preferred choice for clinical trials.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close high‑value deals with international healthcare companies.
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, ensuring alignment across functions.
- Create tailored offers based on client needs and negotiate contracts (NDA, MSA, task orders).
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on sales effectiveness.
- Provide market and competitor insights to inform product and strategy evolution.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (0‑2 years of experience) with a Master’s in Business Administration or an Engineering degree from a Tier 1‑2 school.
- Strong interest in the medical, pharmaceutical, or digital‑health sectors.
- Proven negotiation and deal‑closing abilities.
- Excellent self‑organization and written/oral communication skills.
- Full fluency in English and French.
