Head of Enterprise Account Management

About the role

Malt is seeking a Head of Enterprise Account Management to lead its French‑market enterprise sales team. You will own the long‑term strategy, structure, and performance of the Key Account Management (KAM) and Account Management (AM) groups, driving sustainable growth across the company’s most strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach and expand the KAM and AM enterprise team to raise strategic selling standards.
• Define team structure, portfolio allocation and hiring roadmap based on account potential.
• Build and execute the enterprise go‑to‑market strategy, including segmentation and target‑account prioritisation.
• Own enterprise KPIs such as revenue, margin, renewals and expansions.
• Consolidate forecasts and run performance routines for accurate market‑level reporting.
• Support KAMs on high‑stakes deals and renewals, acting as senior executive contact when needed.
• Standardise account‑planning and contract‑deployment processes across regions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of enterprise sales leadership experience with a proven record of managing high‑performing account teams.
• Native‑level French and professional English proficiency.
• Strong commercial education (Business, Management or related).
• Expertise in sales forecasting and P&L management.
