Head of Cybersecurity (Hybrid, up to €115k)

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Cybersecurity to establish and lead a new cybersecurity practice for a global IT services and consulting group. Based in Paris, you will shape the security strategy, build a high‑performing team, and deliver end‑to‑end security projects for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and evolve the cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Recruit, mentor and lead a growing cybersecurity team.
• Manage full‑cycle security projects, ensuring timelines, quality and outcomes.
• Act as the technical reference for clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical input for bids and proposals, including scoping and estimation.
• Develop and maintain the company’s cybersecurity service catalogue.
• Coordinate with technology vendors, manufacturers and partners.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Background in SOC/Blue Team, Red Team, security engineering/architecture, forensics, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or automation platforms (SOAR).
• Strong leadership instincts and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Nice‑to‑have experience in AppSec/DevSecOps, cloud security, or IAM/Zero Trust.
