Head of Content

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced content leader to build and scale content as a measurable growth engine in a global, remote‑first environment. You will own the content strategy across acquisition, engagement and brand consistency, influencing business growth through data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a content strategy focused on organic traffic growth, sign‑ups and engagement metrics.
• Take full ownership of SEO initiatives, including keyword rankings, search visibility and domain authority.
• Develop a scalable content production framework for web, social, email and video channels.
• Establish editorial standards to ensure quality, accuracy, compliance and brand consistency.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of content creators and editors.
• Monitor and optimise channel‑specific engagement metrics and build reporting frameworks for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with growth, product and compliance teams to align content with acquisition goals and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership or content production.
• At least 3 years leading a content function at Head or Director level.
• Proven track record in fintech, crypto, digital banking or similarly regulated, fast‑growing industries.
• Demonstrated success improving acquisition metrics through content and SEO.
