Gulf States Content Specialist

About the role

Bump is looking for an ambitious, growth-driven Content Specialist to bring Gulf internet culture into its Paris office and grow the app in the Gulf states. The role owns the entire content and creator effort for the Gulf market, working closely with growth, distribution and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own growth of Bump in the Gulf states and lead all content and creator efforts for the region
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels and UGC-style ads
• Build and manage a pipeline of Gulf creators and run influencer campaigns with top creators and micro-influencers
• Write briefs, give feedback and help external creators deliver strong content
• Work with paid marketing to turn great content into performance results
• Jump on trends early and write creative briefs and notes
• Collaborate daily in the Paris office, join brainstorms and help shape the creative direction
• Support launches, events and Gulf-focused activations

Required profile

• 1-5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer or creator); experience making content for ads, especially UGC
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback
• Fluent Arabic and English, and lived in a Gulf state
• Must be able to work in person in Paris
